Join JAS on Wednesday 15 November to hear from Ambassador Usackas who completes his role as the EU’s Ambassador to the Russian Federation in October 2017.
Ambassador Usackas has served as a senior diplomat for both Lithuania and the EU in Washington DC, London, Kabul and Moscow.
He will share his thoughts and reflect on his time in Moscow and Kabul and talk about how the international community can manage future relations with Moscow.
